Sensory Movers Gymnastics

Our Sensory Movers Gymnastics class is designed to provide a fun, supportive, and inclusive environment for children with additional needs, including those with sensory processing differences, autism, ADHD, and other developmental needs.

Sessions are carefully structured to allow children to explore gymnastics equipment at their own pace, helping to develop coordination, balance, strength, confidence, and social skills. We use a variety of sensory-based activities, obstacle courses, and movement games to encourage participation while creating a positive and enjoyable experience for every child.

With smaller class sizes and a calm, welcoming atmosphere, our coaches adapt activities to suit each child's individual needs and abilities. Parents and carers are welcome to provide support where needed.

Whether your child is new to gymnastics or simply enjoys being active, Sensory Movers Gymnastics offers a safe space to move, learn, and have fun.
